Police have located an Elizabethtown man who escaped police custody.
31-year-old Jesse Karr was in custody of the Floyd County Jail. He was seeking medical treatment at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg when he escaped.
Karr has been arrested and incarcerated in Central Kentucky.
