Murder/Arson suspect waives case to grand jury

The Elizabethtown man charged with Murder and Arson following a late October fire appeared in Hardin District Court Wednesday afternoon. Dustin Caudill appeared before Judge Kimberly Schumate for a preliminary hearing.
