WULF News Bridge in White Mills and Rough River Lake Spillway Bridge closed Area and state officials are alerting drivers to bridge closings. Hardin County Government says following a state inspection this week, the historic bridge in White Mills has been closed to all traffic until further notice. This includes pedestrians. The court approved the first reading of the 2026-2027 county budget. The Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office says 9,883 new voters were added to the rolls ahead of the April 20 registration deadline.
