The new year doesn’t have to be a new you… but maybe just a healthier version of you! 94.3 the Wolf is here to help motivate you to do something for the HEALTH of it this year by giving you chances to win prizes you’ll be HOWLIN’ about!
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Do something FOR THE HEALTH OF IT every day that you can. This could be something for your mental OR physical health (ex: completing a workout, going for a jog, reading a book, playing a sport, etc.)
Step 2: Go to our website (if you’re reading this… YOU FOUND IT!) and go to the Howl for the Health of It submission page:

Step 3: Tell us what you did by making an entry using our submission form. You can do this ONCE PER DAY so it may be a good idea to bookmark or save the page link!
Step 4: We will randomly draw a winner for a BIG PRIZE every Friday through the first 94 Days of 2025. That means… the more you do for the HEALTH of it… the more chances you have to WIN!!
