The Radcliff/Elizabethtown Metropolitan Planning Organization, a division of the Lincoln Trail Area Development District, is conducting a public transportation study to look into the possibility of implementing a fixed-route public transportation system in the area. Work to replace deck joint seals on the Western Kentucky Parkway over Interstate 65 will require lane closures this week.
