An Elizabethtown man charged in the accidental overdose death of a Hardin County teenager received his sentence Monday. Hardin Circuit Judge Larry Ashlock accepted the commonwealth’s plea deal with Damien Felker, who pleaded guilty to all of the charges a grand jury indicted him on in December of 2024 including first-degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death.
