E’town Family Made Complete Through Adoption

One Elizabethtown family is giving thanks today for the special gift of adoption.

November is National Adoption Month, and Bethany and Travis Vaughan have adopted both internationally, and domestically.

“I’ve always felt a call in my life to adopt, it’s been something I’ve wanted to do since I was 15 years old. I am so thankful for the way adoption has completed our family. Our children are just a blessing from God,” Bethany stated. They now have three children: Lydia, Isaac, and Anna. The adoption process was long for both Isaac and Lydia, but through prayer and support from friends and family, they knew they were doing the right thing.

“God chose Isaac and Lydia for us. Isaac was in South Korea, and we had to go get him. Lydia was in Arkansas, and we had to go get her,” Travis noted.

The Vaughans are grateful that through adoption, they have found their complete forever family.
