More Kentucky college students are graduating free of debt. The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education says a new report indicates six out of 10 undergraduate students in Kentucky are graduating debt-free, up from four out of 10 students during the 2019-2020 academic year. The cause of a fatal fire in Upton Saturday morning is under investigation. Upton Fire and Rescue says units were dispatched following the report of a residential camper fire in the 14700 block of South Dixie Highway in Upton at approximately 8:45 a.m. on January 31.
