Police are investigating a shooting death in Bullitt County. The Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office says shortly after 11 a.m. on Sunday deputies responded with officers from the Hillview Police Department to a residence on West Hebron Lane for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was transported from the scene to the University of Louisville Hospital where he later died from his injuries. Unemployment rates across the Lincoln Trail District were up in October from where they were the year prior.
