WULF News Radcliff council approves garbage franchise, reviews employee health insurance bids The Radcliff City Council met for their second meeting of the month Tuesday. Radcliff Chief Financial Officer Chance Fox discussed the city’s bidding for a new employee healthcare insurance provider.
