Kevin went to the gym as a part of the Howl for the Health of It Challenge
IT IS THE FIRST DAY OF 2025 Y’ALL! FINALLY!
I’ve been really excited to get into the new year for many reasons but one of them is definitely to start going to the gym regularly again. Cliché… probably. And I know what you’re thinkin’… “Here we go, let’s see how long this lasts.” And honestly, I’m right there with ya! About a year ago, I didn’t miss a day in the gym… best shape of my life kind of deal… But I took a gap year like I did in my college days and… well… that didn’t work out so well, so hopefully this has a better outcome!!!
But that’s why I’m gonna be making these posts on our website under my blog or whatever you want to call these things. You guys have concert tickets and cool prizes to keep you motivated for this challenge so I had to find some way to stay motivated too… And well this is it (hopefully)!
I will note I am absolutely not a fitness expert nor do I want to be one. Honestly up until a few years ago, I would wonder around the gym with absolutely no plan and a “wing it” kind of mindset. I’ve gotten better… but still don’t listen to me for fitness advise. I’m simply telling you what I’m doing as a part of this challenge. Still consult a doctor or trained professional to find out what is right for you. Anyway, if you want to keep up with what I’m doing… keep reading!

There ya go! That’s what I did for the health of it today! Maybe that will give you some ideas if you are like me and have to have a written plan when you go to the gym to work out. It was exhausting but I feel a lot better afterwards! Hopefully I keep it up!
Until tomorrow… y’all have a good one!
