Rafferty Development has withdrawn its request to rezone property for a proposed Dollar General at 2305 Hodgenville Road in Elizabethtown.
The request sought to change the property from R-1 residential zoning to C-1 commercial zoning. The withdrawal removes the item from the Hardin County Planning and Development Commission’s October 13 meeting agenda.
No public comment will be taken on the request. The meeting remains open to the public, but there are no hearings on the agenda.
