In high school girls’ basketball: Central Hardin lost to Nelson County 53 to 68, Breckinridge County beat Grayson County 54 to 22, John Hardin lost to Meade County 50 to 77, And Fort Knox lost to Caverna 37 to 48. Moving on to high school boys basketball: Grayson County beat Breckinridge County 72 to 62, John Hardin lost to Bullitt East 64 to 83, Caverna beat Fort Knox 67 to 33, Meade County lost to Floyd Central High School 21 to 64, North Hardin lost to Oldham County in double overtime 66 to 71, Central Hardin lost to North Oldham 63 to 97, Elizabethtown lost to Western High School 62 to 78, and Larue County beat Bluegrass Blazers 78 to 19. Moving on to college sports. Last night, the University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball Team beat the Bellarmine Knights 60 to 41, and the Western Kentucky University Women’s Basketball Team lost to Lipscomb University 66 to 84.
