Hey, what’s up, man? How you doing, Kevin?

Doing well. I know you’ve been out on the roads in Radcliff—how are things looking your way?

[00:16] – Mayor JJ Duvall
Right now, we’re monitoring conditions closely. We’ve got a few inches of snow on the ground. Roads are snow-covered, but they are drivable as long as people take their time. If you absolutely have to be somewhere, you can manage, but we’re telling everyone the same thing: if you don’t have to be out, the best place to be is at home.

We’re expecting more snow, freezing rain, and sleet through the weekend. Is there anything you want to say directly to the residents of Radcliff?

[00:49] – Mayor JJ Duvall
As I’m driving around right now, I’ve got one of our snow plows in front of me. Our crews are out checking conditions and working the roads. If you don’t have to be out, please stay home and give our crews time to do their job. Driving on the snow packs it down and makes removal more difficult.

This is going to take some time. It may be a few days before we get everything where it needs to be, but we’re going to hit as many roads as we can and do everything possible to make them safe—especially for people heading back to work on Monday.
