KJ’s Day 3 of Howl for the Health of It
Much better start this morning! I was in the gym by 6:30 am and in the radio station building by 7:45! I’ll take it. Had a great chest and biceps workout with a little bit of cardio on the elliptical and now I’m starting a crazy busy day!
