What’s up Wolf Country!
It was a crazy busy weekend to say the least! For those of you who don’t know I also play music (country of course) and have my own songs, shows all across the country, all that good stuff! I always tell people I have the best 2 jobs anyone could ask for so I’m definitely fortunate. Anyway, I had 2 shows this weekend — both in Louisville. We are preparing to do a little bit of touring this year (don’t worry, I’ll still be with y’all daily) and are gearing up for that.
I’m gonna count playing shows as my thing I did “for the health of it” for the weekend! It’s pretty much a cardio workout, right??
Then yesterday the ice and snow hit…
Annnnnnndd we’re off air. Turns out ice and radio towers don’t get along well. So while I didn’t do too much for my health other than get my steps in… I also went on air Sunday night and talked to Chris Denham with EPD, Sarah Fellows with Nolin RECC, Chris Jessie with KY Transportation Cabinet, and Mayor of Radcliff JJ Duvall to get updates about the storm.
