While it was certainly a different version than in previous years, organizers of this year’s Founders’ Day in Elizabethtown are hailing it a success. City Events Program Manager Sarah Vaughn says that while the events location and agenda had to be shifted away from Freeman Lake due to COVID-19, the event itself went off with out a problem. Social distancing measures were in place, with crews marking out every other parking spaces at ECTC and the surrounding city lots.
