Today is the opening day for high school basketball. In high school girls’ basketball tonight: Central Hardin is hosting Nelson County, John Hardin is headed to Meade County, Grayson County is playing Breckinridge County, and Fort Knox is traveling to Caverna. Moving on to high school boys basketball: Grayson County is headed to Breckinridge County, John Hardin is playing Bullitt East, Caverna is hosting Fort Knox, Meade County is facing off with Floyd Central High School, North Hardin is hosting Oldham County, Central Hardin is playing North Oldham, Elizabethtown is playing Western High School, and Larue County is playing the Bluegrass Blazers.
