Elizabethtown Police Department Release Promotional Hiring Video

Last week, the Elizabethtown Police Department released a promotional recruiting video that encompasses the values and the mission of the department. The video features volunteers from within the community, including Mayor Jeff Gregory.

“What it’s intended to do is take this recruiting video in a very competitive market for recruiting law enforcement specifically and show any applicant what we as a police department have to offer. If we don’t get that message out in a very competitive market for law enforcement, we’re not going to be able to keep up with the growth that we’re seeing. We want to get the right fit, and we believe that this video speaks volumes to what we’re looking for, and we hope that it’s going to be effective,’ stated Police Chief Jeremy Thompson.

The video can be found on the Elizabethtown Police Department Facebook page.
