17 year old Rachel Ritchie started planning her first all abilities playground when she was just 9 years old, and with that project complete, she now is pushing toward a new splash pad to be constructed in Vine Grove as well. She talked with Eric and Jodie about fundraising for this project this morning.
UPDATE: Due to high temperatures, the brunch has been moved to Vine Grove City Hall 10am.
